i would just like to state how absolutely awesome Garbage is. they do not have a single bad song. even the not-great songs kick ass. i mean, they're my favorite band and all so i guess this is just opinion....but they're so listenable. and versatile. i mean, compare Cherry Lips to Stroke of Luck to Medication to Cup of Coffee to Lick the Pavement to everything else they've done....very different sounds. why oh why don't they ever come to Maine??? because i'd throw myself at Shirley??? i know they're international but other international acts have been here....they haven't toured since November, i want them to go back on the road damnit!! oh well....someday i hope.

otherwise, i'd like some input for my comic....possible fish mutations?? or any other creative mutations for animals and plants. i've already got rats, apples, carrots, worms and potatoes, and possibly snails (they look like friggin Cthulhu, i guess i need to do some more work so as not to be accused of stealing, but damn he is so cute!!). so any ideas would be greatly appreciated. these don't have to be realistic, mind you, anything you think would be cool, like things growing to gigantic sizes....i had one idea about the oceans only being inhabited by grossly giant squids because they were one of the only things to survive the fallout, being so far underwater, and they grew too, and will grab their prey from the shore without coming anywhere near the surface....but i could make em look cool too. i'm relying on giantism for the other species a little too much tho. which is why i need the help of you guys to come up with some other ideas.
