stupid blogger and its stupid not working...and stupid everything...but yeah.
everyone should watch the Jimmy Kimmel show tonight (Thursday the 20th...well, technically Friday the 21st but i don't want to confuse people...at 12:05 on ABC) because KAIJU BIG BATTEL!! OMG!!!!!!! everyone should watch because it will be awesome. i promise.
yeah, check out their website, you will witness the awesomeness.

i've been watching a lot of movies lately. well, more than normal for me, usually i neevr watch any movies, but lately there just hasn't been anything better to do. i think i might go see the 2 Towers sometime before vacation is done, just so i can enjoy it once before my family ruins that one for me, too.
the other night i watched Snatch, Can't Hardly Wait and John Carpenter's Vampires. Snatch was great, despite the fact that you could barely tell what Brad Pitt was saying, but that was sort of the point i guess. apparently on the DVD version you can choose to just have the caption on for the gypsies because they're almost completely unintelligible. but anyway, it was a really really great movie and everyone should see it.
Can't Hardly Wait i had seen several times before but it still holds my attention because, really, the jokes are decent, the stereotypes are played out very well, and even if you're sick of the plot you can just watch the people in the background. there's also an awful lot of people in that movie that i recognize from things they have since been in. for example, when the nerd, William, is heading into the kitchen to where the keg is, he passes a girl contemplating a banana. that girl went on to play Tara on Buffy...you know, Willow's lesbian witch lover. Tara is apparently dead now, and because i don't get a chance to watch the show as much as i'd like to, i never found out how she died, but damn, i saw what it did to Willow...she went so evil her eyes and hair turned black and then she tried to destroy the world. anyway, there were some other people in the movie that i recognized. like in the scene where Seth Green's character, Kenny, is sitting there listening to the sad Asian girl's conversation, the Asian girl's friend is the same chick who played Mary Cherry on Popular. also, the hippie girl who was cutting soda can rings and then called everyone sheep and started baaing at them, thats Sara Rue, the chick who played Carmen on Popular. i miss Popular, that was a great show....and the klepto guy, he was in like Crash Bandicoot commercials i think, the one with the guy in the Crash suit going "booyah." i think thats right....the drummer in the band that never actually plays might be the guy who plays Turk on Scrubs....i'm sure theres more but theres a whole damn lot of people in that movie so....yeah.
and John Carpenter's Vampires...was lame. i did like the vampire, Valek, he had a nice style. like when he busts in on the vampire slayers' party at the hotel, one of the slayers opens the door and Valek's all STAB with his claws and then SLICE in an upwards motion...and the guy like falls in 2 pieces...and then he proceeds to kill most of the occupants of the room, slayers, hookers, priest, cop, etc, in equally gruesome ways. so the action scenes were decent, but the movie itself sucked.
also, me and Zack watched The Big Lebowski. that was fucking awesome. if you haven't seen it, do so soon. i don't have to tell you what its about because you've probly already seen it but if you haven't it doesn't matter because its the kind of movie that just kind of takes you along with it as it goes (like it does to the poor Dude).
me and Zack also attempted to watch DareDevil yesterday, but we only got about halfway through because it was immensely retarded and lame. seriously, don't waste your money, or your time. theres a lot better things to do with an hour and a half. like hammering rusty spikes into your eyes.
