uhhhhh....just woke up....back doesn't hurt...yet. thats really been driving me nuts lately, i don't know wtf the problem is (but i'm getting a lot of back massages from Zack...that always helps). i'm gonna see the doctor this week about it, its just my spine but i don't know why its been acting up, i don't think i did anything to it. well, whatever.
going to the Battle of the Bands today....Zack's filming it for school so he'll be there, lots of people should be there so its hopefully gonna be better than spending Saturday at home. i only know 2 of the bands who are participating but maybe there are more i will recognize....doesn't matter tho.
went to Open Mike Night last night, didnt even know it was happening but i was walking down Maine Street and a car pulls up and its Sean and Keegan and they ask if i'm coming to it, i say i didn't know about it but i don't have any plans so why not, so i go with them to Keegan's, we pack up the band's stuff, they make me listen to the demo and then give me a copy despite me not having a dopey Strange Daze shirt or poster, and then we head over to the library and WOW, so many people i haven't seen much of lately. it was fun. i got a little nervous part of the way through, but once i recognized more people and starting socializing with them i was cool.
uhhh....what else to say...not much. i wish it was sunnier out but at least it is not cold. i hope mom hurries and finishes in the shower soon cuz i want to do my hair all fun today and it will probly take a while. speaking of my hair, its drying out wicked bad and tangles real easy, so its perfect for the dreads i want, but i have to wait till at least Tuesday to start dreading cuz i don't know if i'm allowed to have dreads for my new job. hopefully i can, but if i can't then i will just wait till after i move and then find a job at a more liberal place (which shouldn't be too hard in Portland).
i bought Zack's birthday present yesterday (well, the part that isn't a cake and stuff), i got us tickets to see Dave Chappelle at the State Theater on May 2nd. its gonna take a couple paychecks to repay my mom, but i figure its worth it, and Zack was very happy about it. omg its gonna be sooooo funny!!!!

the smileys are illustrating just how funny it will be!!!!
(damn, looking at a page of laughing smileys can be a little intimidating, its like they're all laughing at YOU.)
